IUI  (Intrauterine Insemination)

เป็นกระบวนการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้ความเย็นในการเก็บรักษาเซลล์สืบพันธุ์หญิงซึ่งก็คือ ไข่ เพื่อนำมาปฏิสนธิกับตัวอสุจิภายนอกร่างกาย โดยอาศัยเทคโนโลยีช่วยการเจริญพันธุ์ในช่วงเวลาที่เหมาะสม โดยไข่จะไม่เสื่อมสภาพ เมื่อตัดสินใจจะใช้ไข่จะทำการผสมกับสเปิร์ม ผ่านวิธี IVF หรือ ICSI สำหรับผู้หญิงอายุก่อน 30 ปี ไข่จะมีคุณภาพที่สุด และหลังจากอายุ 30 ปี คุณภาพไข่จะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างรวดเร็ว

เป็นการตรวจเพื่อทดสอบสภาพรังไข่ (Ovarian Reserve) โดยการเจาะเลือดตรวจหาระดับแอนตี้มูลเลอเรียนฮอร์โมน (Anti-Mullerian hormone) หรือเรียกสั้นๆ ว่า “AMH” ซึ่งผลิตจากรังไข่ มีหน้าที่สำคัญในการผลิตฮอร์โมนเอสโตเจนของผู้หญิง สามารถบอกได้ว่ารังไข่ทำงานเป็นอย่างไร ปกติหรือไม่ ดังนั้น ฮอร์โมน AMH จึงถูกนำมาใช้ประโยชน์การรักษาภาวะมีบุตรยาก ดังนี้
